At Montique Cartridges we aim to provide high quality products and reliable service to professional tattoo artists.
Due to the sterile and hygienic nature of tattoo equipment, returns are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, Montique does not accept returns for:
• change of mind
• incorrect product selection by the customer
• products that have been opened or used
Tattoo needle cartridges are sterile products and cannot be resold once opened.
Please ensure that you check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request:
• your order number
• photos of the product and packaging
• a description of the issue
Once the issue has been verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
• replacement of the product
• refund of the product cost
• store credit
Where a replacement is approved, Montique will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.
Returning Faulty Products
If a product needs to be returned for inspection, it must:
• be returned in its original packaging
• include all contents received
• be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit
We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
